At ioStation, security and your privacy is extremely important to us. We operates in accordance with the applicable statutes regarding protection of personal data, as well as in accordance with European data protection law under Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and Council dated October 25, 1995 for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, ABI L 281 dated November 11, 1995, 31 ff.

Personal Data
Our services provided (websites and applications available on AppStore) do not collects nor retain any personal data (for example, names, addressed, phone numbers, email address, social security numbers, etc.) unless users voluntary provide such data, for example, by including this information in the correspondence, or by filling in the registration forms, etc..

Purpose and related use
User name – to provide access to the corresponding services provided by ioStation Ltd.
Password – to authenticate the access to certain part of the services provided.
Email address – to transmit information about how to reset forgotten passwords when users invoke the Forgot Password feature.
Location – to determine the suitable localization and requirements by local Law.
Date of birth – if provided, will be used to verify if content for matured person can be delivered to you. You are required to be at least reached the legal age of adulthood according to the local Law set by the your current geographic location if available. If your current geographic location is not available, the default will be 18 years old.
Personal biography, interests or other voluntary information are obtained to facilitate and personalize communication. (Such data is not mandatory, but purely voluntary. Each user can decide which data will be provided.)

You may provide fabricated data. In the event of misuse, attacks or the publication of illegal material, such transmitted data will be provided upon court order

Server Log Data (log files)
All transactions between our servers and our applications are recorded and stored on our servers as log files. Log files are only accessible by system administrators authorized by ioStation Ltd. and are mainly to maintain our services’ operation status. Part of the log files may be used for further analysis for security and protection of our services.

Cookies
The operator of the website and the software installed on the server use cookies. Cookies are text files containing login information, providing automatic system login, for example, and enable enhanced functionalities. (e.g. password entry not required). Cookies only store your login information and cannot cause damage to your computer. You can define the duration of cookies yourself in the user profile on your computer; cookies can be deleted from your computer at any time. Cookies are technically required to verify you as a logged-in user.

Social Networks
Some services form ioStation provides Social Networking functions using third party social networks (“Social Media”) such as Twitter (operated by Twitter Inc., , 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA), Facebook (operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ), etc..

The functions are identifiable by their corresponding logo. By invoking these Social Networking functions you give the explicit consent to the use of the corresponding Social Media. No connection to any of these Social Media will be made without your explicit consent.

Authentication to these Social Media is through the corresponding API given by the Operating System of the Device you are using to access the ioStation service. It is also possible that the API is given by the Social Media. ioStation does not store any of the communication nor retain any record or data between the services and the Social Media.

Security
ioStation employs technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unintentional or illegal deletion, modification or loss, and against improper transmission or unauthorized access.

Right to information
You have the right to obtain information regarding stored personal data, its source and recipient, as well as the purpose of its retention. In order to obtain information, you must identify yourself (as the person about whom the information is to be provided) or verify that you are authorized to receive information regarding a third party.
